Cannot save to the source folder?

Choose a writable output folder when prompted, then continue. Results are saved separately without overwriting your originals.

How does Quick Drag work?

Quick Drag is off by default. Enable it in the app settings and grant Accessibility permission. Drag a file from Finder, hold Shift for the format wheel, and also hold Option for editing tools. Selecting files in the app window does not need this permission.

How do I activate the direct edition?

The direct edition includes a 7-day trial. After buying a DropShift direct-edition license key, enter it in the app activation screen. Activation and periodic verification require internet access; media processing remains local.

Out of device slots or moving to another Mac?

Email the developer above for help unbinding a device. Include the purchase platform and order number. Never post a full activation code publicly.

Does the App Store edition need a key?

No. The Mac App Store edition has no activation codes or trial lock. Direct-edition keys and App Store purchases are separate and are not interchangeable. The store edition is in preparation; check its listing once available for pricing and availability.

Where can I read the privacy policy?

Open the DropShift Privacy Policy directly without signing in, including on a phone or within a mini program.
